- Beeminder – is a habit-building app on steroids. Instead of relying on self-reporting to track your habits, Beeminder syncs with a variety of apps (like Gmail, Fitbit, and RescueTime) to make sure you follow through with your commitments.
- Coach.me – another great app for maintaining and sticking to new habits.
- Write down your current commitments and any activities you’d like to do in the next year. Put this list in an app like Evernote or journal that’s nearby always.
